Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery, and more.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy seasons (sales, holidays, special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
Processing time is separate from shipping / transit time.
2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

If you are outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, you can contact us at support@shroomluxe.com and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping

Delivery usually takes 7–14 days from the time your order ships.

This is an estimate and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather, or holiday volumes.
Expedited Shipping

At this time, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options. We’re working on expanding our shipping choices in the future.
4. Free Shipping
We love spoiling our mushroom lovers. 🍄💖

Most ShroomLuxe orders ship for free with standard shipping.

If any shipping fee applies (for example, for oversized items or certain locations), it will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that may include tracking information (when available from the carrier).

Tracking details can take 24–48 hours to update after the package has been shipped.
If you don’t see your confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder or email us at support@shroomluxe.com.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we can:

Reship your order to the correct address (additional shipping fees may apply), or

Refund the product cost only (any original shipping fees paid are non-refundable).

If you realize there’s a mistake in your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@shroomluxe.com. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships, but we can’t guarantee changes once your order is being processed.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is in transit and outside of our direct control.

ShroomLuxe is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package:

Check with neighbors, building management, or household members.

Wait 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered early.

Contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Contact us within 3–5 days of delivery at support@shroomluxe.com.

Include your order number, photos of the damaged item(s), and photos of the packaging.

After reviewing, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
